   • If the shipping process takes longer than expected, the customer will be informed in advance.

2. Shipping Coverage:

   • Within Egypt: We deliver orders using our own delivery team or through contracted shipping companies to ensure fast and secure delivery.
   • Outside Egypt: We can ship products to other countries; however, the customer assumes full responsibility for the shipping process, including shipping costs, customs, and potential taxes. Any damage or loss occurring during international shipping is not our responsibility.

3. Product Condition upon Delivery (within Egypt):

   • We guarantee that products delivered within Egypt will arrive in good condition, free of damage. In the case of any damage, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
